Process

From first conversation to final handover

Five stages, in order, with a clear deliverable at the end of each. You always know what is being produced, roughly how long it takes, and what happens next.

  1. Consultation

    1 – 2 weeks

    We walk the space together, establish how it needs to work, and agree the brief, the budget band and the timeline before any design begins.

  2. Concept

    2 – 4 weeks

    Layout options, palettes and material direction. You see the idea in full before it is committed to — and we refine it together until it is right.

  3. Design Development

    4 – 8 weeks

    The scheme is resolved in detail: 3D visualisation of every key space, joinery drawings, lighting layouts and a complete specification.

  4. Execution

    Project dependent

    Vendors are appointed and work begins, with regular site supervision to hold the detail — because the difference between good and excellent is on site.

    Final styling, a full snag walkthrough, and the space handed over finished — not nearly finished.
